Wellness Coach
The Mindful James is a space for mindful wellness coaching, identity exploration, and healing. I focus on creating space for people to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves through mindfulness and grounded practices.
I am a Social Service Worker graduate and currently a Bachelor of Social Work student, bringing both lived experience and what I’m learning into this work.
I’m especially passionate about supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ and Indigenous communities, and creating a space that feels safe, real, and inclusive.

The support I offer is focused on personal growth, reflection, and wellness, and is not a substitute for professional mental health care. Services are provided as coaching and do not constitute regulated health care or therapy.
